For established MD/DO/PA/NP with two or more team members and at least 500+ patient visits seeking strategic growth by launching or expanding cash-based services. The Trailblazer Practice Consulting aims to coach practitioners on establishing and scaling a concierge signature program. The concierge signature program enables value-added services and increased revenue for traditional insurance-based practices, enabling hybrid practices. It is also suitable for direct care or functional/integrative practice. This package includes 19 consulting hours (15 hours pre-launch and 4 hours post-launch) and provides the Concierge Practice Toolkit course and Dr. MBA Business Lounge Community access for one year.
